Internal auditing is an independent, objective check designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives in:

•          Effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

•          Compliance with regulations, customer requirements and/or the company’s policies and procedures.

Our trained Consultants can provide internal auditing services to ensure compliance within your organisation, prior to an external audit or to meet internal auditing requirements. We can complete internal audit requirements all at once, or provide a customised schedule.  We ensure that all work completed and records documented are legal and in the best interests of your business through systematic checks.

Your Consultant will issue a report at the end of each audit that summarize the findings, any responses or action plans from management and any other recommendations. Each audit finding of the report may contain items such as:

 

•          What is the particular issue identified?

•          What is the standard that was not met?

•          Why did the problem occur?

•          What is the risk because of the finding?

•          What has management agreed to do about the issue and by when?
